Educational Technology 2 Practicum
It is important for us as professionals-in-training or even for professionals that we know some basics about the application and proper usage of technology as what was indicated in the Educational Technology 2. In this lesson, students were taught how to use the diiferent Mincrosoft Office program. These basic programs like, the Microsoft Word which helps and individual to edit or insert a particular text or document, another is the Powerpoint presentation where you can create a presentation fo a particular project of assignment, and the Exel wherein we teachers can compute the grades of our students out of hassle.
I've already gone through all these programs. From Microsoft Word up to Excel. We were actually printing documents day by day for our requirements. It became a normal thing to use the programs since we are after of the outcomes-based instructions in our school.
I've realized that through this programs, my work as a student is somehow becomes a bit easier, we depend on the computer just to finish whatever task we may have. But it doesn't mean that we will depend thoroughly on it, we should also find alternative ways.
As a future teacher, I will be inculcating my students on the proper yse of the programs. But since most of them are already equipped in such favor, maybe I'll just let them do on their own and facilitate them for further knowings.
