                   The Computer as a Tool

The computer is one of the wonders of human ingenuity, even in its original design in the 1950's to carry out complicated mathematical and logical operations. With the invention of the microcomputer (now also commonly referred to PCs or personal computers), the PC has bcome the tool for programmed instruction.
The computer can be a tutor in effect relieving the teacher of many activities in his personal role as classroom tutor. It should be made clear, however, that the computer cannot totally replace the teacher since the teacher shall continue to play the major roles of information deliverer and learning environment controller.
During my high school days, we were taught by our computer teacher how to paint objects or pictures with the use of the computer. By its use, we were able to come with a computer-based output. This kind of instruction www was also taught to us by our Information Technology 1 instructor. Also, using the "Typing Tutor" game, we were able to enhance our typing skills, if what's the proper position of the hands while typing.
It is very obvious that we're now atually living in a very advance world. We tend to explore more on the different things by the useof technology just to enhance our skills. I realized that through this, the computer as a tutor, I may be able to come up with a very pleasing output that could help me to improve my daily task.
As a future teacher, one way to improve my teaching is to use computer as my tool. This is to improve whatever lessons I may give to them. With its use, students would also able to come up with a very good output since they will be using the computer as their guide or tutor while making the tasks given to them.
